I faced my biggest demon recently
And let me tell you – It was like standing face-to-face with something I thought I had left behind

Here’s what I learned from sitting with my fears in one room:

1. Life is no fairytale, no matter who you are, and what you do : We all dream about how life should go, but sometimes things take a sharp turn. It’s not always what you hoped for.

Sometimes it’s painful, frustrating, and feels like you’re being tested. But maybe those moments are shaping us in ways we can’t yet understand.

2. There will be times you will be defeated, trust shaken but continuing is what makes you strong.  It’s just part of your story, and you get to choose how the next chapter unfolds. Don’t give up on yourself.

3. Growth is not in numbers, it is when you burst your bubbles for yourself – It’s in those moments of honesty with yourself that real growth happens, even if it’s uncomfortable. Especially if it’s uncomfortable.

Growth isn’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s messy, it’s uncomfortable, and sometimes it downright sucks. But you know what? It’s worth it.

So, next time your demons come knocking? Invite them in for tea. You might just learn something.
